Recreational Class Registration

Recreational classes are available to anyone who has successfully completed a First Time Class at Central Texas Archery. These classes serve both the beginner archer and those with a wide range of goals.  Recreational classes are 1 hour long.  Participants will shoot 9 – 18 meters. Archers can shoot their own equipment (Barebow, Olympic Recurve or Compound), or use our house bows.  This class focuses on the shooting form fundamentals using NTS (National Training System), range safety, basic physical fitness, and developing the mental preparedness for competition. Online registration is required.  For experienced archers who are new to Central Texas Archery, please contact jessica@centraltexasarchery.org to “test out” of the first time class and enroll directly to Recreational classes. New recreational class curriculum has been developed for the classes based on the brand new USA Archery Athlete Development Model.

• No Walk-ins allowed
• Annual Membership recommended but not necessary
• Cost $25 per class for members, $30 per class non-members
• Class Bundle of 4 classes: $60 for members, $75 for non-members
